Booking Fee, Cancelations, Reschedules, and More

All appointments require a booking fee to be paid in full or they are not valid. A booking fee is in place to hold the appointment and pay the artist for their time. The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The booking fee is honored as a deposit and deducted from the total the day of the scheduled appointment. If the client cancels/reschedules more than 7 days in advance their booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment. If the client cancels or reschedules two appointments in a row they will be required to pay for their appointment in full at booking. Booking fees must be paid within 24 hours of processing or the appointment will be canceled. 

Processing Fees

All credit/debit card transactions including in person and invoices are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. You can avoid this fee at your appointment by paying in cash. All payment methods are accepted this is solely up to the clients preference at the time of their appointment. 

Refunds

Deposits, consultation fees, and tattoo appointments are all non-refundable.
